You can subscribe or contact the Subscription Office in 5 different ways:

   Visit the NAC Subscription Office in our new location in the Main Foyer. You will receive 30 minutes of FREE PARKING in the NAC Garage when purchasing or exchanging tickets. The parking stub must be validated by the NAC Subscription Office. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 21:00 (from March 12 to June 28) As of June 30 we will open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.

When you will receive your subscription tickets
The NAC Subscription Office will mail subscription tickets over the summer months. Two weeks prior to the first performances the tickets will no longer be mailed, and instead will be held for pick up. Your Add On tickets will not be mailed at the same time as your subscription tickets. They will be mailed separately.

How to add on more tickets to your subscription
As a subscriber to the NAC Orchestra, Dance, French or English Theatre series, you will receive a 10% - 15% discount on the purchase of any regularly-priced ticket for a performance offered on subscription by the NAC in any of these series during the current season and priority seating before the NAC Box Office opens to the general public. This offer does not include non-NAC-produced performances (i.e. rentals) and other off-subscription NAC presentations.

Subscribers purchasing Add-On tickets will be allocated the best seats available immediately prior to the opening of the Box Office for each performance. Add-On tickets will be mailed separately from your subscription tickets and because the Box Office opening date varies per performance, your Add-On tickets may not all be mailed at the same time.

Individual subscription performance tickets go on sale at the NAC Box Office at the beginning of September. Add-On tickets are then available in person at the Box Office Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00.
